You may not use or modify the web site content in any way without the explicit written confirmation from BASIRIUS .Subject to applicable law, BASIRIUS and all its associated employees, managers and suppliers will not be liable for any losses, damages, claims or expenses (incidental, special, exemplary, direct, indirect, consequential or other) arising from the use of our web site, purchased products from our web site or from the use of those products. You agree to indemnify and hold BASIRIUS and its officers and employees harmless from any claims of any nature (including legal costs) by any third party arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the stop4rugs.com.au web site.

Subject to applicable law, in case of merchandise supplied or services offered by www.stop4rugs.com.au web site, BASIRIUS's liability for any breach of a condition or warranty is limited to the following options:

  • the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
  • the repair of the goods; or
  • the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
  • the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired. or
  • the supplying of the services again; or
  • the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

BASIRIUS reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service request placed on stop4rugs.com.au website, cancel and terminate user accounts or edit the content of stop4rugs including the product's price and availability in its own sole discretion. When you place an order on stop4rugs.com.au online store you make an offer to purchase products from us. The information on our website shall not be deemed as an offer to supply your selected products by us to you. Upon feasibility of the transaction we process your order and practice our best endeavor to supply you with your requested products. We confirm the acceptance of your order when we send you the shipping confirmation email for the order you have placed on our website. 

You must be at least 18 years of age to be able to use services of and buy products from stop4rugs.com.au. All our prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. We can only ship our products within Australia. All orders are typically being shipped to your nominated destination in less than 3 working days (normal week days excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) and could take up to one week to reach the destination. If you experience delays beyond this time frame please contact us.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information published on our web site. We may change information on this site at any time without notifying you and you agree that the use of any information is at your sole risk. Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered and we reserves the right to revoke any offer, correct any error, omission or inaccuracy at any time (including after an order has been placed).

BASIRIUS will retain the title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to you or collection by a postal or courier service to your nominated delivery address. We reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the our web site without notice. BASIRIUS may modify, suspend, discontinue, or expand the extent of the services provided on the stop4rugs.com.au web site at any time.  BASIRIUS expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness of a particular purpose and non-infringement. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales from the common wealth of Australia.

We have installed the industry leading 256 bit SSL encryption technology to process credit card information when you place an order on stop4rugs.com.au however BASIRIUS will not be responsible for any loss or damage that might be suffered by the customer of our website resulted from the fraudulent or unauthorised use of his or her credit card when it is used to purchase merchandise or services from stop4rugs.com.au website.

Any delays or performance degradation that is the result of a force majeure incidence when the events and circumstances are beyond the reasonable control of BASIRIUS is outside the liability scope of BASIRIUS and BASIRIUS shall not be hold responsible for the loss or damage resulted from those delays or service degradation.

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy in effect so you can return your purchased merchandise from us for any reason within that time period. We will refund the purchase price you've paid minus two delivery fees from the supplier's warehouse to your shipping address and vice versa. Please be advised that when you return a product the Free Shipping service offered by stop4rugs.com.au will no longer applies and the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We have to confirm the receipt of the returned product from our supplier to be able to process the refund.

The product shall not have been used and must be in the original conditions as it was delivered to you by the postal services. In the very rare occasions that you received a damaged product from us please contact us immediately and provide us with the order number and describe the nature of the damage to us. Please make sure that you inspect the received item as soon as possible. We strongly encourage you to send us digital photos of the damaged product so that we can investigate the cause and minimise future incidents. We'll pay you for the return shipment cost of the damaged product to the supplier's warehouse and will send you a replacement with the same characteristics if available. If you choose not to have a replacement for your product then the practice will follow our normal return policy stated above. We cannont accept the responsibility of damages that happen to the product by its usage while it is in your posession so please make sure you don't use the damaged product at all and contact us to arrange a replacement under the guidelines of this policy.
